- Not a replacement for doctors, nurses, or hospital staff
- All medical care remains under licensed healthcare professionals

Transportation Policy
Companion arrival to your location is arranged and covered by Hospy360. Transportation during the hospital visit (from pickup to return) is to be borne by the customer. Our companions can seamlessly coordinate ride bookings for a smooth experience.
Delays & Waiting Time
Hospital visits may involve unpredictable waiting times due to procedures, queues, or medical priorities. While our companions manage the process efficiently, such delays are beyond control and may extend the service duration. Additional time, if required, will be chargeable.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled prior to the service start time. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation. Once the service has begun, refunds are not applicable. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
